I was very sick for 2 weeks and whenever I went to the doctor all she told me to do was to rest and prescribed stronger cough syrup. “Rest, rest and rest”  she would say.  I altogether took 13 days sick leave and on 14th day although I was still coughing badly and had a hoarse throat and oxygen at 98, I told myself to think positively, I can do it and went back to work. The first week was bad, every day back home, by 10pm I am in bed. This week, everything is improving even my health.

I was already a fairly positive person before I embarked on the Positive Intelligence course, so I was expecting a refinement or tweaking of my way of looking at life’s situations. Was I in for a BIG surprise! The course forced me to realize the saboteurs (or some elements in my personality, e.g. the need to please others) were sabotaging a few of my decisions. The exercises to train our brain to take a different path were so essential to help me change my thinking towards making wiser decisions. The course has helped me increase my financial portfolio significantly and reduced my stress. Nicole was an amazing leader/instructor who guided us by asking questions (sometimes uncomfortable ones) and giving us tools to meditate and imagine our potential “new self.”  I must stress, however, that to get the maximum benefits out of this wonderful course, you must do the simple exercises regularly so that the brain can build new neural pathways that will remain with you for life! Once these new neural pathways become a part of you, you will discover the awesome person that you really are!
